1. Order Processing Time
All fully paid kitchen textile orders will pass quality inspection, classified packing and carton sealing within 1–3 business days, weekends and national holidays are excluded from the processing timeline.
Once your package departs our warehouse, an automatic email with full tracking details will be sent to your registered mailbox right away.
During kitchen renovation promotions, holiday dinner peak seasons and flash sale events, sharp growth in order volume may extend processing time to 3–5 business days, we thank you for your patience.

Aprons and large placemat packs occupy large packaging volume, which can lead to sorting delays at logistics hubs. Unexpected hold-ups may also be caused by lengthy customs clearance, bad weather or local delivery restrictions out of our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, taking textile weight, package bulk and your selected shipping method into account.
Zealotn offers free shipping for orders that reach the designated spending threshold; relevant promotion rules will be clearly marked on homepage banners and every product page.
4. Optional Shipping Protection (Powered by SEEL)
To fully protect your linen aprons, heat-resistant mitts and woven placemats against loss, surface dirt or permanent folding marks during transit, we provide optional SEEL protection service for you to select at checkout.
Protection Coverage:
Full monetary compensation for parcels completely lost during transportation
Refund or brand new replacement for textiles torn, stained or deformed due to rough sorting and handling
Financial compensation for packages confirmed stolen after delivery completion
If you add protection to your Zealotn order, you can submit claims via SEEL’s official portal using your unique order number.
Important Notes:
Shipping protection is an optional add-on, not required for any kitchen textile order.
Orders without purchased protection only receive limited compensation under the carrier’s standard liability policy.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international kitchen textile shipments may incur import tariffs, local consumption tax and customs clearance fees, all extra costs shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
Zealotn will not be liable for delivery delays resulting from customs inspection and document review processes.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be issued once your kitchen goods are dispatched. Please wait 24–48 hours for the logistics system to sync and display real-time delivery updates.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers must fill in full and accurate recipient addresses and valid contact information when placing orders.
If parcels are returned to us because of wrong or incomplete shipping details, buyers need to pay extra reshipping fees for redelivery.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your apron, oven mitt or placemat package does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, contact our customer support team without delay. Our staff will communicate with logistics suppliers to trace the package and update you on the handling progress continuously.
